1. We propose to examine the clients problem in the following manner: We will examine charts, photographs, written material, ect., pertaining to the problem that is presented to myself. From examining this information I will formulate a solution to the problem if I am able to.
2. Persons associated with the problem must sign a non-disclosure agreements and non-inventor status agreements in order to be in a proximity location to myself at any times these materials are being examined or discussed
3. A minimum of a thirty day period must elapse between any contact with any individual associated with the problem or with in proximity of myself or any documentation of the problem during this thirty day time period. After the thirty day waiting period if I have a solution I will file an application with the patent office concerning the innovative idea
