1. Patent Pending Startups
Our patent sales and partnershipping business is in the startup phase and is in need of funds for employee and office expansion in order to increase patent filings. We are looking for core group investors for our most secure financial collateralization including approximately 30 patentable ideas on file with the USPTO. These investments are paying 15% interest semi-annually on the original investment amounts plus 10% of the company profits will be divided amongst this initial core group of investors. The investment total fund in this core group of investors is 1 million dollars. These investments are secured by the total saleable assets of our filed patents when granted. Presently considered unsecured as these are considered an intangible asset. With cooperation of the USPTO, these issued patents should be worth 50 million minimum, and possibly as much as 50 million each for approximately 10 of the 30 patents, in a 3 to 5 year auction sale.
2. Invention Futures Investment (Core Investment)
We are looking for investors to finance a select group of personally supervised invention start-ups for those who wish to become silent or participating partner investors. If you are looking for investments like the start-up of Google, talk to the person who invented all of their intellectual materials. We are presently paying 15% yearly on five year business start-up investments. With minimum contributions of $50,000 you will also become vested in 10% of the profits after all expenses. Invest in concepts so new that they haven't been created yet... No monies will be spent for any other purpose other than the development of the product or services. Excellent credit references are available upon request. 3.Large Scale Multiple Invention Business Startup InvestorsReceive 100% of 66% of gross profit after all expenses for initial investor/business operator of large scale startup.
